My husband sent me a picture of a weapon he wanted for Christmas and I told him “babe, you know I don’t know how to buy that.” So I kept the add and when it came time I decided I would get him what he picked out. Well, unfortunately I was too late for that particular weapon. So when I got and email letting me know this I sent my response about what other options I was given. When I hadn’t heard back after a few days I took it upon myself to just call and talk to someone instead. I’m a little impatient kind of person. Lol anyway, the gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and courteous, and helped me understand what other options I had and that the next version up was a better weapon in his eyes anyway, once he found out my husband was a veteran. He also helped with getting some extra things for my husband, which I truly appreciate I can’t wait to see the look on my husband‘s face when he gets the weapon I got him for Christmas. I recommend this company to anyone.
